Headache of all the options

Hi,
After a day looking I did find the difference between HTML4 and HTML5.

HTML4.01 (it wasn't 4)

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01/EN” “http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd”>

<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>

HTML5
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>

And there was also:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN”
“http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd”>

<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
Billy Bob
</body>
</html>

HTML5 is the current Standard and there is also XHTML5, but why i don't know jet.
Not all the HTML5 works jet in the browsers. You can find out what your browser supports via http://html5test.com/ and http://caniuse.com/. But what it all means I don't know and I will find it out.

Wow the last page one placed on http://jsfiddle.net/BillyBoTheHTMLBlob/H94Au/. Wow I'm a real Mark Zuckerberg.
